Sea Breeze is a modern 4 bedroomed dormer bungalow set in a great location close to Arklow town and all the surrounding beaches. Ideal if you are working for a few days in the area or visiting friends and relatives, or indeed if you just fancy a few nights away!
The downstairs has an open plan kitchen, dining and sitting room area. It is very well equipped with everything you will need during your stay and there is an air to water heating system so the house is at a constantly comfortable temperature. There is a separate utility area with washing machine and tumble dryer.
There are four bedrooms, two downstairs and the other two upstairs. Downstairs is the spacious master bedroom with king sized bed and ensuite with shower. The other downstairs bedroom is a double and though not ensuite, it has use of the downstairs bathroom with shower. Upstairs is another double bedroom and a twin bedroom with two single beds.
Patio doors lead from the living room out to the secure, enclosed back garden with a nice patio area with garden furniture. Ideal for sitting out and enjoying the long summer evenings. You are welcome to use the gas BBQ should you wish.

- We offer a self-check in service at Sea Breeze after 3pm on your day of arrival.
- No stags or hens please. This is a quiet residential area and we have lovely neighbours
- Unfortunately we do not accept pets at this location
