This is a cosy and welcoming bungalow set high overlooking the town of Kenmare and offers views of the sea in the distance. It is a homely house with all the living areas set to the front to take advantage of all the natural light. There are three bedrooms set to the rear of the house - one twin bedroom, a double bedroom with ensuite wet-room style shower and a master double bedroom with an ensuite with bath and shower over. There is also a main bathroom with shower only.

Please note - for some reason it is not possible to get the Irish TV channels in this house i..e RTE or TV3 but many other channels including BBC are available on the free to air system.
There is a large garden to the front and the rear of the house. Please note that the garden is in no way enclosed so young children would require supervision outside. There is plenty of parking.
The patio area to the front overlooks the wonderful Kenmare vista and we have garden furniture and a BBQ to help you make the most of this special home.
Wifi is available free of charge to all our guests.
LOCATIONThis house is located exactly 2km from the centre of Kenmare town and 1.5km from the main shopping centre and playground.
EXTRA CHARGES
A daily energy charge of €10 per day applies all year round and must be pre-paid to Dream Ireland. On arrival a security deposit of €300 euro in cash must be paid to the owner and this will be refunded on departure providing she is satisfied that there are no breakages or damages.
