Description
The Brambles is a development of 6 detached and 18 semi-detached holiday homes within Ballybunion town. The houses are designed to 3* Bord Failte standards. Each of the houses can accommodate up to 6 people in a double bedroom ensuite (downstairs), a twin and another double bedroom (upstairs). As towels and tea-towels are not supplied, guests are asked to bring their own.
Situated beside the Atlantic ocean in north County Kerry, Ballybunion is a small delightful seaside resort with magnificent golden sandy beaches and a dramatic coastline.
This popular resort is renowned for its golf links and is rated as one of the world's top 10, made even more famous by the visit of President Bill Clinton who played there.

Electricity for heating and lighting and fuel is an extra charge and is payable to the supervisor before departure. Electricity €5 per night June - Sept, €7 October - May, please note that if electricity usage exceeds these rates it is payable upon departure.
Pets are allowed at The Brambles on request. An onsite charge of 25.00 euros per pet will apply and is payable onsite.
Refundable Damage Deposit:
A security deposit of €150 cash is mandatory upon check-in. This money will be refunded on departure providing the holiday home is left in the same condition it was found in. Over New Year the security deposit required is €250. In the case where 2 or more houses are booked the security deposit is €250 per house.Failure to leave the house in a clean and tidy condition may result in an extracleaning charge of €7.00 per hour. Costs of repairs to property as a result of damage or negligence will be deducted from the security deposit, with an additional charge where this is insufficient.
Please be aware that guests should bring their own towels, as towels are not provided at the Brambles holiday cottages.
